SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse in addition to the delivery time. All orders are dispatched through Australia Post, and Australia Post Express.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that duties, import taxes, and any applicable VAT or GST are not included in your order total and are not collected at checkout.

Any duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery to your local customs authority or carrier.

Please be aware of the following by region:

  • United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK import duty and VAT upon arrival. For orders under £135, UK VAT may be collected at the border. Customs charges are determined by HMRC and are outside of our control.
  • Europe: Orders may be subject to import duty and VAT as determined by your country's customs authority. Most orders above €150 will attract customs duty in addition to VAT.
  • New Zealand: Orders may be subject to NZ GST and customs duty upon arrival, as determined by New Zealand Customs.

We are unable to predict the exact duties or taxes that may apply to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing your order if you have any concerns.

Refusal to pay import duties or taxes may result in your order being returned to us. In this case, all delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
