Return Policy
ELIGIBILITY
We want you to love your new Maisie pieces for years to come, so if your order isn't quite right for you, we accept returns on full price items provided your item meets the below conditions:
- Item is in its original condition - unworn and unwashed
- Items are returned with swing tickets still attached
- Your return is lodged within 14 days of delivery
RETURN FEE
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover the return shipping fee.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for a refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund and cover the $10 return fee.
RETURN PACKAGING
Our mailer bags are designed to be reused, so we encourage you to ship items back using the original mailer bag received. You are not required to return the mailer box. Please recycle accordingly instead.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and verified to our returns policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy or have not been authorised in advance.
